My family and I stayed at Hotel Onda Verde in June, 2002, and had a wonderful time exploring the whole Amalfi Coast from there! Great location, great staff, beautiful part of Italy. As beautiful as these photos are on this website, the reality is better. And the incredible views shown are not from the most expensive room in the hotel - the view is the same from every room.

I used the Hotel Onda Verde as my travel base from April 26 to May 3, 2002. With its central location between Amalfi and Positano, it is perhaps one of the most delightful hotels along the entire Amalfi coast. It provides magnificent views, it is amazingly quiet, it is very clean, the staff is very friendly and most helpful, and the food is excellent (both breakfasts and dinners). My room was perfect, both in its location and the excellent, queen-size bed it provided.

My sincere thanks go to Mr. and Mrs. Milano, to Miro and Hillevi Milano, to Sofia (Miro's sister), to Gennaro, and to the chef in the kitchen. They were all extremely helpful and kind to me and  made my stay most memorable. I highly recommend this family-operated establishment to anybody who wants to visit the Amalfi coast.

We spent three wonderful days at the Onda Verde, which were the very best of our extended vacation throughout Italy.  The owners could not have been more gracious or helpful. The view was incredible and the rooms were comfortable and spotless.  The location, between Positano and Amalfi, is perfect, since it is easy to visit the other towns, but wonderful to return to Praiano which offers peaceful and quiet surrondings that the other towns on the Amalfi coast do not. We were able to sleep with our balcony doors open to the wonderful sounds of the sea at night.  Truly a magical spot!

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days on the Amalfi Coast at this very friendly and accomodating establishment.   Everything during our stay was perfect.  The manager was very accomodating booking an excursion to Capri, giving us driving directions to Ravello and coordinating wonderful dinners for us each evening.  Our stay at the Hotel Onda Verde was the most pleasant and relaxing part of a three week trip to Italy.  We recommend this establishment to all our friends and will be returning again this year.  Be certain to have dinner at the hotel, the food is marvelous and rivals the best cusine anywhere in Italy.

Thank you to all the staff at Onda Verde for such a wonderful holiday. Your website is one of the most beautiful and informative sites that I have visited, but it is nothing compared to the real thing! We travelled right along the Amalfi coast, but never once saw anywhere with such a lovely location. Onda Verde is ideally placed whether you want to explore the region, (which you made very easy for us), or just to chill out and relax. The way that the rooms are set in pairs up the cliff, free from traffic noise, ensures total peace and privacy. And those breathtaking views.... I can't wait to come back.
